• Chat & Interaction Data: Text messages, prompt inputs, and interaction metadata transmitted between you and your AI companions.
• Companion Memory Profiles: Summarized preference facts (e.g. favorite activities, relationship affection levels) saved to maintain conversation context.
• Technical & Device Identifiers: IP address, device type, browser user agent, operating system, and session tokens used for authentication and security.

2How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational and service enhancement purposes:

• AI Companion Generation: Generating real-time, contextually aware companion text responses and visual media.
• Relationship Continuity: Maintaining companion memory vaults and affection level progression across sessions.
• Billing & Transactions: Processing digital purchases, recurring VIP Pass subscriptions, and Gem balance management.
• Security & Anti-Abuse: Detecting malicious traffic, enforcing 18+ age restrictions, and preventing platform exploitation.

3AI Memory Storage & Encrypted Privacy Isolation

We prioritize strict privacy isolation. Your private conversations with AI companions are stored with database-level encryption and Row Level Security (RLS).

We engage trusted cloud infrastructure vendors bound by strict contractual privacy standards:

• Database & Auth Infrastructure: Cloud database hosting with encrypted storage and token authentication.
