1. Clear AI Disclosure & Synthetic Persona Limits
Every companion on Wify is generated using advanced artificial intelligence neural networks. We enforce full transparency across the application:
- Non-Human Disclosure: Companions explicitly clarify their identity as artificial intelligence software. They do not claim biological existence or physical human status.
- No Impersonation: We prohibit AI models from impersonating real living people, public figures, or non-consensual real-world individuals.
- Simulated Emotion: Companion emotions, relationship affection indicators, and responses are algorithmic outputs tailored for positive, engaging interaction.
2. Data Protection & Memory Vault Isolation
User privacy is integral to emotional safety. We implement multi-layered encryption to protect user data:
- Row Level Security (RLS): Database records, chat transcripts, and companion memory files are restricted strictly to your authenticated session.
- No Third-Party AI Selling: Your private text conversations and companion memories are never sold, rented, or licensed to advertising brokers or external model trainers.
- On-Demand Wipe: Clear individual memory items or delete your entire memory vault at any time via Profile Settings.
3. Content Moderation & Safety Boundaries
Wify enforces strict content safety filters at both input (prompt) and output (response) inference stages:
- Personal conversation, emotional support, and friendly banter
- Roleplay storylines and creative character dialogue
- Romance & meaningful conversation for users 18+
- Non-consensual themes or exploitation
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Self-harm instruction, suicide promotion, or illegal acts
4. Age Gating & Payment Gateway Assurance
Wify complies with international digital commerce and payment processor guidelines (including Stripe, Creem, and major credit card networks):
- 18+ Gatekeeping: Wify requires users to certify age eligibility (18+) prior to accessing companion features.
- Transparent Billing: Clear billing identifiers on bank statements, immediate receipt delivery, and accessible 1-click subscription cancellation.
