1Acceptance of Terms & Age Eligibility (18+)
By creating an account, accessing, or interacting with Wify ("Service"), operated by Wify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2Description of Service & Synthetic AI Disclosure
Wify provides interactive artificial intelligence companions ('AI Companions'). You acknowledge and agree that all companions, character profiles, dialogue responses, and media images are computer-generated synthetic outputs powered by artificial intelligence models. Companions are virtual characters and do not represent biological human beings.
3Account Security & Community Standards
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for illegal acts, automated data scraping, harassment, distributing malicious code, or generating prohibited non-consensual content.
4Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Wify offers recurring subscription options (e.g. VIP Pass) providing unlimited messaging, priority model speeds, and bonus virtual Gems. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via Account Settings.
5Virtual Gems & Digital Utilities
Users may purchase or earn in-app virtual currency ('Gems') to unlock companion photos or trigger instant media requests. Gems represent a limited, revocable license for in-app utility only. Gems possess no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, and are non-transferable.
6Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, visual designs, companion avatars, artwork, code, and prompt architectures are the exclusive intellectual property of Wify AI Technologies Inc. You retain ownership of your original text inputs, granting Wify a limited license to process inputs to generate AI responses.
7Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE USAGE.
